Program this onto the Arduino (make sure that you have the sketch and both libraries open at the same time...use Sketch...add file to open the two .h files if they are not there) using the programmer.
Plug in a standard VGA monitor and see what you get! (yours will be white if you have connected VGA 1, 2, and 3...I have just 1 connected here)
Let me highly recommend using the power brick and not the power from the USB programmer. It might take a second for your monitor/tv to synchronize after plugging it in.
